The RITE Program

The RITE Program provides employment services to people facing barriers to employment.  At no cost to the participant, our flexible and holistic services support participants to gain the confidence, skills, and experience needed to find and sustain meaningful employment.

Our team works holistically with participants to address individual barriers and circumstances through all or a combination of one-to-one individualized employment counselling, 2-week group-based employability skills workshop series, vocational assessments, personal counselling with RCCs and/or Psychologists, occupational skills training, work experience, job search assistance and financial supports.   Intakes are continuous and ongoing.

The program is built to ensure each participant is provided the supports, services and tools required to manage their unique individual barriers and circumstances in a safe, supportive environment for learning and skill development.  Through a holistic and flexible approach that provides client centered counselling and interventions, clients can make informed career decisions based on their interests and abilities, understand the value of skills training and education, and be prepared to succeed in employment.

• Unemployed or precariously employed individuals
• Those currently living in British Columbia
